Alyssa “Lyss”
Alyssa is passionate about the art of hair, as it gives her a vibrant, ever-evolving outlet for creativity and allows her to connect with a wide variety of people every single day. A true artist at heart, she finds joy in making others feel confident and beautiful through her work. Alyssa joined Salon in the Tower in 2016 and quickly immersed herself in the salon’s Bumble & Bumble education. Since then, she’s continued to grow her craft with advanced training from The Blonde Chronicles, Bumble Live, and Platinum Perfection, among others. She’s especially known for her expertise in tape-in extensions, balayage, highlighting, and creative color.
Outside the salon, Lyss embraces a full-on vegan lifestyle, has lost count of her tattoos, and proudly spoils her fur babies. When she’s not working her magic behind the chair, you can find her hunting for vintage treasures, binge-watching movies, or exploring hidden corners of the city. Oh—and don’t be surprised if she’s always holding a venti iced coffee, thanks to her self-proclaimed Starbucks obsession!
